Enrollment in SMS requires a separate affirmative opt-in; merely visiting this website or submitting a general inquiry does not enroll you.
Website use and services
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or infringe others’ rights. You must have authority to provide the information you submit. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal or confidential records in a general website inquiry.
Website content describes our services and is informational, not a binding quote or a promise of a particular result. AppFoundry, OfficeCrew, and other paid services require a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, access, data handling, ownership, and responsibilities. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. Interactive conversations and workflow illustrations on the site are demonstrations, not live customer systems or guarantees of results.
T3ch5 or its licensors retain rights in website content, branding, and demonstrations. You may view and use the site for legitimate personal or business evaluation but may not misrepresent it as your own. Third-party sites and services have their own terms.
SMS program and message types
The T3ch5 Customer Communications program provides conversational customer support, responses to service inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project or account updates to people who choose to receive them. Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and service activity. This customer-service program does not include promotional campaigns. Marketing texts, if offered separately, require separate consent and disclosures.
Consent and eligibility

Providing a number without SMS consent, agreeing to general terms, or purchasing services does not enroll you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You authorize T3ch5 to send the customer-service messages described above to the number you enroll, including through automated messaging technology. Consent applies only to the purpose disclosed when you opt in. Notify us if you change or relinquish your number so we can update our records. We do not use purchased lists or transfer your consent to other brands.
Message frequency, costs, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for applicable charges. Wireless availability and device compatibility vary. Messages may be delayed or not delivered, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies or time-critical safety communications; call emergency services when needed.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive messages from this program unless you affirmatively opt in again. You may also request an opt-out by emailing support@t3ch5.com; include the mobile number to be removed. We honor other clear requests to stop as required by law.
