T3ch5 Services, LLC (“T3ch5,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom software, managed AI agent services, and technical consulting. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through t3ch5.com and our business communications, including our SMS messaging program. Customer project data may also be governed by a separate service agreement or data processing agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us or work with us, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, inquiry, appointment details, and service-related communications. Our website contact form requests your name, email address, and message; company and service interest are optional. Please do not submit passwords, confidential records, financial information, or sensitive personal information through that form.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the website. The website stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference through your browser settings.
For SMS, we process your mobile number, messages, delivery information, consent records, and opt-out preferences. A telephone number provided for another purpose does not by itself authorize marketing texts.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, provide and support services, communicate about projects and accounts, maintain consent and suppression records, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations. We send SMS messages only with the consent required for the particular messaging purpose. We do not treat acceptance of this policy, a purchase, or submission of a general inquiry as blanket consent to receive texts.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, form processing, email, scheduling, business operations, and messaging delivery. Our website contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards inquiries to us. Scheduling links take you to Motion. Those providers’ own privacy notices apply to their services. We disclose information to service providers as needed to perform services for us, subject to applicable restrictions.
We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own use.
Information may be provided to subcontractors supporting our messaging program, such as messaging platforms, carriers, and customer-service providers, solely as necessary to deliver and support the program. These providers may not use SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing or unrelated purposes. Other disclosures described in this policy do not authorize sharing SMS consent for marketing or lead generation.
Your choices
You may decline optional information and choose not to enroll in SMS. Reply STOP to a T3ch5 text to unsubscribe from that messaging program. We may send a single confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@t3ch5.com. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting us by email or telephone.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal, security, contractual, or opt-out compliance purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for the purposes described above, including service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and maintaining consent and opt-out records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children and third-party services
Our services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Third-party websites and services linked from our site operate under their own policies.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised date here. A policy change does not expand existing SMS consent; we will obtain new consent when required.
